Many country music fans know Wendy Williams as a singer, entertainer, as a recording artist. She's been pursuing her dream of success with her music her whole life. One third of the country music group, Taylor Made, along with her brothers Greg and Brian Duckworth, Wendy and her siblings have literally been singing together since they were very small children in church and in public. Wendy was raised on music, family, and church, all of which play a huge role in her life. If you ever have a conversation with Wendy, one word you will hear repeated time and time again is the word family. The reality is that Wendy's whole life could be a country song and I know it would be a number one hit.

I'm sure there are many women working today in an office somewhere that dream of being on stage and being a singer. Wendy Williams is living that dream along with all the incredibly hard work and sacrifice that goes along with it. A mother of three - mom of five by marriage - Wendy's number one concern in life is her daughters. When Wendy starts talking about her children she gets very intense and emotional. It's so obvious how much she loves them and that every action she takes in a day is about, because of, and for them. She lives for her kids and being a mother is the most important thing in her world. Wendy Williams is truly a natural born singer, and now she has three daughters following closely in her footsteps, and they all sing too.

Wendy holds down a full time job, then hurries home to be with her husband and daughters, and then goes on the road with her two brothers to perform for their growing legion of fans around the country. Mix in radio on air interviews and appearances, rehearsals, photo shoots, videos, record store visits to promote sales of Taylor Made's CD releases, so many hours spent traveling then back home. Back to work, and back to her husband and children in West Virginia, back to her family. She told me the biggest sacrifice of all was being away from her daughters and husband when Taylor Made goes on the road and how much she missed them.

When speaking about her husband, Wendy points out the years she spent as a single mother, and how much it helps her to have him in her life. She makes it very clear that his support of her career, along with her brothers, her mom and her boss at work, is what makes it possible for her to pursue her dream. Wendy is so down to earth, so real, and her passion for her music is infectious. She's willing to do whatever it takes to be successful and it's obvious it's not just talk. She backs it up with her actions and she's one busy lady and such a fine singer.

Utter determination would be an understatement, but you get the idea. Wendy is committed to achieving success as an artist and she's not about to take no for an answer. She sings for her fans, not for the music industry or write ups like this, it's in her blood and how she was raised. Failure is not an option and her commitment to excellence and hard work just pours out of her. When Wendy talks about Taylor Made, her career goals, her music, she lights up in a whole different way. You can sense her excitement, her sincerity, her intelligence. Throw in one great singer and you have the perfect package. You know you are in the presence of a true artist and a very talented one at that.

Keep your eyes and ears open for the new Taylor Made single, "Good Love". You'll hear Wendy Williams sing this soon to be hit song, and you'll know why she and her brothers are destined for stardom. Do yourself a favor and buy this CD for your collection, play it for your friends. Pass the word, listen to Wendy Williams and her brothers music. Listen to Taylor Made and go see Wendy perform live at one of their shows. You'll be glad you did, I can promise you that because Wendy Williams is an artist that means every word she sings and you'll know it when you hear her beautiful voice coming through your speakers. You'll be hooked and become a lifelong fan, just like me.
